Return Policy

IPS Offers two main types of returns, (1) Item Return for Credit – Not Defective and (2) Advanced Replacement – Defective.

Both can be addressed quickly and easily by logging onto our website. You will receive an email with all documentation and when applicable a prepaid UPS / FedEx labels to return items. We make it easy! Based on your return, clicking on one of the links below will take you to a log in for our web site. Please be aware that items being returned to IPS for credit or defective must be handled outside of our REnew Recycling Program. Any items received through the REnew Program will be processed as empty, we have no way to differentiate otherwise without documentation.

Item Return for Credit – Not Defective - Sales Return

    Once we receive your request, you’ll receive an email with all documentation.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to IPS. In order to ensure that the credit is processed correctly, please make sure a copy of the return document (emailed by IPS) is with the item(s) being returned. IPS cannot process any items returned without documentation.

  • Cartridge must be in its original box, with no writing/labels on the outside of the box, and bag seal must not be opened, and the tear strip cannot be removed.

  • Cartridges returned within 60 days of purchase will be charged a 20% restocking fee with balance applied as a credit to your account.

  • Cartridges returned past 60 days of purchase will not be accepted for credit.

Advanced Replacement – Defective – RMA Return Merchandise Authorization

We strive to sell the highest quality cartridges on the market and we hold our manufacturers to high quality standards with low failure rates. From time to time we do encounter defective items. When this occurs we want to get the situation handled as quickly as possible with minimal impact to your organization. We’ll get replacement items shipped right away and make sure that all is running 100% once replaced!

IPS offers Advanced Replacements under the following conditions:

  • For Compatible Ink, Toner, Drums (IPSxxx item #’s) – 1 year from date of purchase.

  • For Compatible Projector Bulbs (IPSxxx item #’s’) – 6 months from date of purchase.

  • For any OEM products – 1 month from date of purchase.
